Thinking of doing Lighter Life

I am seriously thinking about starting LL - I live with my 9 yr old son, any other single parents who have been successful? What does it taste like, any before / after pics? X

You could try Slim&Save - it's much cheaper. It does not, however, have the counselling sessions/weigh in's - but if you can keep going on your own (with support of the forum of course!) then it's fine. Have a look!

There are lots of single parents with little ones on these forums on S&S, a lot of support is given by the Slim&Save team for any questions etc!
