hi all im thinking of starting SB on monday i have been doing slimfast 2 shakes n a meal not 100% as i seem to be struggling this time on it. so i just need some help with what i can and can not eat on SB and what types of meals i should have i have about 2st i wanna shift in the next 12 weeks im going the gym also. any help would be great.
