Hi... im thinking of joining ww. In the first week how much on average do you lose?
Really want to lose....currentlt having slimfast.

A friend of mine lost 4lb and another friend tonight lost 10.5lbs in her first week x

We're all different though and lose at differing rates - I know I didnt get a large weight loss but its a long journey and will come off eventually. Sometimes we lose inches before we lose weight
