Thinking of starting

I've lost 13lb in 6 weeks. This is my second attempt, 1st time was 2 shakes, 2 small snacks and a meal (1200 cals/day). Didn't lose a single lb and I was gutted. A few months later, I was persuaded to try again, mainly to prevent me skipping meals in work (nhs shift work). Shakes are super quick and easy to have even on the busiest shift. I have 5 meals a day; 2 shakes, 2 good snacks and evening meal and an intake of around 1600 cals and have lost consistently for the last 6 weeks.
 
I've tried herbal life in the past and it works problem is the minute I went back to eating normally (but healthily) I would get bloated and put weight back on. This time I'm only doing herbal life for breakfast and having 4smaller meals through out the day which seems to really be working and keeping the weight off permanently
