Hi - just like to ask what others think of my cunning plan.
I lost 12lb over 2 months healthy eating - then started VLCD for one month (2nd week ends tomorrow) Lost 7.5 lbs first week. Am hoping by 28th May (wedding) to loose 2 stones in total (includes previous 12lb. lost). Going to wedding, after weekend go back to healthy eating for a month and then re-assess what to do next. Has anyone had a good plan for coming off VLCD diets and would like to share it
