I've lost 96lbs so far ... and love the difference in myself in every way!! Remember why u started n why u want to do this!!

I started in May last year, have had a few weeks off for holidays/ illness and a couple of days for Xmas other than that I've been 100% every day ... My before pic is my motivation because I didn't realise how big I was!! I've got another 20lbs to get to goal and then plan on becoming a cdc!

I also keep a bottle of water handy and just accept this is my journey to being a better healthier version of me :)
