This has to be my year!

    Well I joined slimming world tonight have done the diet a lot of times! This has to be my year tho!!

    Started at 16.1 ? but feeling excited and ready to go for my first day tomorro!!
    I've made magic porridge hoping ill like it tomorro!

    Today I was good but official day one tomorro ...

    Tuesday -

    Am
    Wholemeal bread - hexB
    Bacon - free
    Ketchup - 1 syn
    Apple - free

    Lunch
    Pasta - free
    Sweetcorn - free
    Mozerella - hexA
    Bacon - free
    Chicken - free
    Peppers - free
    Mayo light - 1 syn

    Dinner
    Sweet potato - free
    Sweetcorn - free
    Omelette - free
    Ketchup - 1 syn

    Creme egg - 9 syns

    12 syns ?

    My target is to have superfree with every meal!!

    Thankyou :) so far ive lost 9lb since 2nd jan.This is not my first time I have lost 5 stone before & 4 stone a few times eek! But this needs to be the last time & to maintain will be a first for me lol no more babies & Im sure I will succeed xx Not at group but doing ee at home with the help of this site xx
