Exactly! Hun for us 100% we don't see any point in cheating, it defies the object of the diet... But others don't see it as cheating if it doesn't affect there weight loss...

So here's to the 100% ers good luck to us all xx

Hi, there is a soup u can get from ur pharmacy by LT or the milk shakes, also some peeps make the shake up with less water so the consistency is like mouse, u need to drink extra fluid if u had a mouse tho. There are also flapjacks u can have in place of a shake. I've heard mixed reviews about the soup and flapjacks, tbh I just take the shakes, I don't look at them as a meal replacement so not seeking food. Hope this helps x

Ooooh the dreaded flapjacks!!! :giggle: They are an aquired taste!

So nice to see people being 100% on here.
For a while I think there was alot of people 'messing' around with the diet, cheating, drinking etc and expecting praise or sympathy comments about how it was ok etc etc when really its not.

You girls keep at it, you'll be there in no time! :D

First time I did LT (for 7 months) I had only soup or peanut flapjacks. All the other flavours made me gag :9529:
I'm sticking with the chicken soup and flapjacks again this time!

I find the soup more satisfying....
I always had 2 shakes and 1 soup for my tea just felt like I was having something proper to eat I suppose helped that I always sat at the table to eat it too...

Keep up the good work peeps xx
