So, i'm up, about to get showered and do my hair in preperation for my final pics being taken tonight (how vain?!! lol) as today is my very last day on tfr :cry:

Im a little more excited about eating tomorrow now, infact im just excited about having a sip of diet coke :drool:

Just 5 more shakes untill my first meal.
I dont want to stop LT, i really wish i could stay on it forever! It seems so much less hassle than having to buy food, prepare it and cook it for yourself and then eating it :sigh:

But what will be will be!

I figured i will have probably a stone to lose come tomorrow untill i reach my final goal of 12st but after my holiday im guessing i will have just over a stone to lose so my plan is:

When i am back off my hols to healthy eat and go to the gym to lose my final stone and a bit. Not only will it be good for me but also teach me that it can be done.

Heck, if i can do such an extreme diet for 5 months living without food i can surely do a lifetime of healthy food, good portion sizes and good choices married with decent exercise! :D

I say; Bring. It. On :D

Honestly, They are great the right way!

Before LT my carbs were Chips, or mashed potatoes with LOADS of butter, or pizzas etc

Baked potatoes are lovely and boiled new potatoes :) and pasta and rice :)

All though I wouldnt try wholegrain rice if i were you, it takes like soil hahah!!! xx

Well next comes the tricky part, but I know you will do it, I am still watching my carbs, mainly following the GI rules now. Going to hire myself a powerplate when I get paid. Cannot afford it until then cos my daughter's graduation is next week in scotland and its cost me a fortune, still she's worth it and she has worked really hard. Even better she actually has ended up with four jobs, she is only taking on one of them of course.

Well done tanny. Yeh, it is a little scary but after a while it does get better. I did get scared though after a while because I think I was restricting myself way too much.

Your first meal is going to be so weird but you won't believe how flavorsome it all is. Good luck :)

Yas thats what im worried about - trying not to restrict myself and learn that everything is ok in moderation ... thats the hard parti reckon!

If you can hold on to all the determination you have shown over the last five months then you wont have a bother.:D

Variety is important and realising that you can eat lots of food, just the right kind . Enjoy your last day and will be waiting to hear how your first meal tastes. Well done girl :clap:

Yup, i had my last shake on tfr at half 6! It felt a little strange tbh! I cant wait to see how much i enjoy it either! :giggle:
