I am delighted to be refeeding
I started refeed two days ago. I am doing day one for as long as I can and I hope to lose more weight this way. I am sooooo glad that I am eating again.

Morning

At the moment I am perfectly happy refeeding on day one for the foreseeable - I am hoping to lose maybe 1-2lb this week. My weigh in is Wednesday - fingers crossed ;)

I've had such a busy day, I'm so glad its the weekend there is nothing quite like a Friday night. What I'm eating is satisfying me at the moment. I find the maintainance bars very convenient, esp at work - they are so hard that I use my sharpest knife and cut them into about 10 small pieces - it tastes like a naughty bar. ;)

Looks like you are doing great. Do keep up your water intake. It is the best habit I learned from my time on TFR. If you sip two litres through the day then you won't feel peckish. Good luck for next weigh in.
