    I am delighted to be refeeding
    I started refeed two days ago. I am doing day one for as long as I can and I hope to lose more weight this way. I am sooooo glad that I am eating again.

    Morning
    Pint of water
    Maintaince bar coffee with skimmed milk
    litre of water between coffee and lunch

    lunch
    Maintaince bar coffee with skimmed milk
    pint of water

    Dinner
    Chicken roasted in a foil pouch with mixed herb and little water.
    Mixed salad from the list and balsamic vinegar.
    3 pints of water before bedroom

    week 4 -7lbs weighed in on wed instead of Mon - bank hol

    At the moment I am perfectly happy refeeding on day one for the foreseeable - I am hoping to lose maybe 1-2lb this week. My weigh in is Wednesday - fingers crossed ;)

    Day 3 Food intake

    Morning
    Pint of water
    Maintaince bar coffee with skimmed milk - I froth it up its fab
    litre of water between morning lunch

    I've had such a busy day, I'm so glad its the weekend there is nothing quite like a Friday night. What I'm eating is satisfying me at the moment. I find the maintainance bars very convenient, esp at work - they are so hard that I use my sharpest knife and cut them into about 10 small pieces - it tastes like a naughty bar. ;)

    pint of water

    Dinner
    small Chicken fillet roasted no oil with mixed Pri Pri spices herbs and little water.
    Mixed salad from the list and balsamic vinegar.
    3 pints of water before bed ;)

    did not drink enough water today though and I have not weighed in this week - will weigh in on Monday ;)

    Looks like you are doing great. Do keep up your water intake. It is the best habit I learned from my time on TFR. If you sip two litres through the day then you won't feel peckish. Good luck for next weigh in.
