This months magazine brisket

There's a tesco frozen beef brisket joint in this months magazine it very clearly says it's free.

But there's oil and cornflour in the ingredients and I put left overs in fridge and noticed some lumps of solidified fat in the gravy.

It has a low fat and calorie content so can't contain that much but def wasn't fat free.

Anyone any ideas how this can be free? I threw left overs away, but if I can trust it is free then then I'd buy it again.

I can only assume that the quantity of oil & cornflour is outweighed by the other ingredients (obviously mainly the meat). Also, when using any meat, SW say cut off all visible fat - we're never going to be able to get every single fat molecule out.

Unless SW have a big turnaround (like with the Uncle Ben's Rice Times ) I'd personally just trust what the mag says.
To salve your conscience a bit you could skimm off the bit of fat you found in the cold leftovers.
