    Hello everyone! I have been using the app on my phone but haven't been able to register so have now registered after weeks of reading everyones stories on here I thought I would write mine. I have really enjoyed reading stories on this website and have found so many insperational stories.
    Well I have been on Slimming world for about 5 or 6 weeks now and have so far lost 8 lb which I am pleased with. I have in the past done WW - I get too hungry and love the fact that with SW I can eat as much as I want.
    I will write my diary on here from this week. Any comments would be appreciated. You will see I am a bit of a chocolate junkie!!

    Wed
    b 2 alpen lights hexb
    l - 1/2 packet of french fries (walkers) 2 syns
    d - Paella - yum yum - prawns, chicken, rice,pepper, onion,saffron,passata and chorizio - 4 syns
    snacks - dairy milk (the thin bar) 5 1/2 syns and fresh pineapple
    total syns 11 1/2

    Thurs
    b - 2 toast hexb plus flora 1 syn
    l - paella from yesterday - 2 syns for chorizio
    d - spag bol - ex l mince, onion, frylight, passata with cheese hexa
    alpen light 3 syns
    dairy milk 5 1/2 syns
    total 11 1/2

    Fri
    b - 2 alpen lights hexb
    l strawberries, blueberries, grapes, chicken nugget - 2 syns, sausage roll 2 syns crisps 3 1/2 syns
    d- pasta, peas, bacon, low fat pesto 4 syns
    total 17

    Sat
    b 2 toast with vegemite and flora - 1 syn hexb
    l - smash pizza with cheese hexa
    d-chicken, chips sw style, peas,
    flora 1 1/2
    ketchup 1 syn
    snacks 1/2 pack of chicsticks 2 1/2,
    alpen light 3 syns,
    dairy milk 5 1/2
    total 13 1/2

    Sun
    b - same as yesterday flora 1 syn
    l - same as yesterday
    d salad, spinach, chicken, bacon, cous cous, balsamic vinegar cheese hexa
    snacks dairy milk 5 1/2
    1/2 pk crisps 2 1/2
    raisins 2 1/2 - have no idea of syn value. Any ideas??
    nuggets 7 syns (left over from my son)
    total 21

    today
    b - 2 alpen lights hexb
    l - potato with no butter with cheese hexa and bacon (extra cheese about 3 syns)
    d - paella (again mmm - chorizio 2 syns
    snack alpen 3
    2 dairy milks 11
    total 19 syns

    See I told you I love my chocolate I have to have it everyday. Luckily this hasnt affected my weight loss.

    My worst habit is eating my sons left overs.

    I think sw is great. I love it when I have had a good week as I look forward to getting weighed.

    I was a bit silly earlier and weighed myself. Last Tues at SW I was 10st 6. I weighed myself after dinner just now and I was 10st 8. Now I just want to get weighed to get it over and done with so I think I may go and get weighed tomorrow.

    Half off. Was hoping for more. Oh well. After wi I eat what I want for the day then start again tomorrow.

    Wow that is brilliant. Well done u! I'd love a loss like that. Yes bh makes it hard for losing weight. As it is nice weather it makes me want to eat less though x

    Eat less but seem to want to drink more, such a cider and wine ;)
