Wed 19th May - Green

B - magic porridge & summer berries, (HEB x 1)

L - Jkt pot & Beans, Banana, Apple

D - Quorn peppered steak, wedges, mushrooms and mushy peas.

exercise - 1 hour cardio & weights
HEA x 1 - skimmed milk for tea
HEXB x 1 - Fibre plus bar
