Thought I would share this with anyone who is interested, and perhaps others can join in. I've decided on mondays to set myself some mini targets/guidelines in order to try and stay on the straight and narrow for the week ahead. I personally find it good to have a little review of how I did last week and make some adjustments where necessary.

- Aim to lose 3lbs
- Try and do at least 2 sessions of exercise as I've slacked badly recently
- Try and up my fruit intake which has been slipping slightly recently
- Drink more water
- Try a new SW recipe
- Try to keep my syn count low as I am probably going out on friday night
- not eat the 2 cakes and 2 Wispa bars I have in the cupboard!!
