This weeks exercise

Having not done much lately I am now getting back on track so this week I am going to

Monday................Long fast walk
Tuesday...............Walk
Wednesday..........Walk
Thursday.............Spin class
Friday.................Spin class
Saturday.............Gym and walk
Sunday...............Bike ride

Each day I do 20 mins aerobic exercise

This is very doable so I am hoping with the diet to lose a good amount this week

I try and do 20 minutes interval training on my treadmill 5 days a week. I'm also going to try and go for some long walks with my youngest in his pram. If I have the time I'll also go on the stationary bike for 20 minutes a few times x
