    Free Food:
    Gammon, Roast Chicken, Salad Leaves, Toms, Cucumber, Fruit Salad, Lots of water, tea, sweetner.

    A: Semi Skimmed Milk
    A: Red Leicester Cheese
    B: Shredded Wheat
    B: Small Jacket Potato

    Syns: Small Ice Cream and Flake from Ice Cream Man - dont know how many syns but it was yummy! I would guess about 15-20? Wont have any tomorrow just incase.

    Syns: 0 today as I had a yummy ice cream yesterday.

    an average cone with flake is 12 syns, with sauce as well 13, you havent been as bad as you thought!!
