Thanks everyone you have all helped me along the way. gonnadoitthistime just make sure you drink enough water I make sure that I drink around 3-4L a day and everyone tells me thats the key to this diet. I also come one here all the time for support when Im struggling as everyone on here is fantastic and will help you through the tough times. xx good luck with your journey you will be fine xx
