Ok so I started WW on the 4th January. I lost 4.8lb in my first week and am halfway through week two. I've found it relatively easy so far. I joined online as I'm not well at the moment and can't get to a class. I've struggled with my weight since having my first child 21years ago :/ I've done slimming world and Atkins and slim fast but never been able to maintain it. I'm detoned that WW will work for me now as I am waiting for spinal surgery and losing the extra weight can only help can't it?
I have 3 stones to lose... I can do this... I can do this ....

Ok today's Filling & Healthy food.....

B: 2crumpets, marmite, Apple

L: Apple, WW mini cookies(2pp)

D: chicken curry (9), brown rice, 2WW wraps.

B: porridge with a pear

L: ww yogurt (1pp), Apple, wwcrisps(2pp)

D: diet coke chicken and egg fried rice, wwcrisps(2)

Just completed third week and total loss so far is 7lb happy with that. Am enjoying f&h and have managed to adapt our butter filled cirrus to fit the plan and have ww wraps instead of making chapatti. Hoping for a 2lb loss next week .....
