this website really help to plan my menu and to not check everytime the labels.i actually give some credits to my portions, for instant i don`t eat 6 meatballs at lunce. and i made them myself.

i make my menus there and it is good that calculates instead of me;)
i used the post here about the apprx carbs in salads and veggis, as i am on induction. but the website above calculates everything and it is good, like a game. i see the final report, and if the sugars are more than my goal /12/ i try substitues. at least it keeps me busy and i enjoy creating my menus, so i don`t think about food 24/7
