Hiya all,

thought id do this for us all. This way we can add whatever we want thats suitable for that day of the week. Also for new starters like me it spurs us on too.

Ok so day 1 for me... going ok so far. 1 shake down and plenty of water. Getting bloated after the shake though, but does pass eventually.

Hope everyone else is doing ok today :)

So day 12 and im feeling positive, studying with minimins in the background prob not the best idea but hey!...1.5litres down and feeling good :D x

(hope i did it right :D )

Good idea! Day 4 for me so far so good not hungry but find it difficult when hubby sits with tea and biscuits! One shake down 1litre of water (I know need to get more) got the flu so feeling a bit rotten head wise but in sure it will pass! Probably helps the hunger situation too

day 5 to me.... going pretty good. looking forward to weigh in. missing the idea of food a little bit today but other than that ok :D

Hi all
Day 2 for me and I am really struggling.
I did Lipotrim about 2 years ago (did really well - lost 6 stone) but went back to my old eating habits and have a few stone to loose.

I am feeling really positive and I should know what to expect as I was on LT for a long time but am really struggling today!

Day 2 for me, and I was starving this afternoon but thankfully it has passed! Started drinking peppermint tea yesterday ( I dnt drink any kinds of hot drinks usually) and it was rather scrummy!! Steaming ahead for day three!!

day 4 for me and im still feeling hungry, i felt really happy and positive this morning but by this afternoon i felt really agitated and annoyed my job doesn't help ( dealing with complaints over the phone) roll on day 5 tomorrow xx

Day 9 for me, 1 shake, a flapjack down and 1.5lt water down me, ive been busy gutting out my house today (its not done so will roll into 2m but it'll keep my thoughts off food!!), Brought most of my wardrope to the charity shop..yay!!! new clothes will have to be bought! Belly is non stop rumbling since yesterday but im not hungry hope that makes sense!!!

day 9 for me was so smug as i coped so well for the 1st week but struggling a bit today so going to have an early night :)

Day 12 and feeling good, mood improved last week. I feel more alert and really positive. Had a shake, a soup and a mouse. 2.5l done :). WI tomorrow!

day 5 really really struggling. i'm 14. 5 stone and want to get to 9.1/2 stone. ive joined this in hope that someone out there is doing this and we can help each other get through it. i really want to do this but i'm finding it so hard :/

end of day 12 for me..and its been a long day.. sitting with bucket of coffee praying for a miracle from the study angels..:) i love the idea of this thread! and mariacarr,, everybody is here to support you when you need it.get posting! ...:)

Day 7, WI tomo, can't wait and have resisted to WI at home! This week has been good, being busy at work helps but the main thing is I'm in the right "headspace" at the mo :) Good luck all x

Hi ladies, day 12 of my re-start today, i'm feeling good, i put on 7lbs over christmas so i'm hoping most of that will come off at tommorrows weigh in (fingers crossed), to the new girls it is a struggle in the beginning, but believe me its worth it,, i remember i used to say i would give a baby toe up to be slim lol, on this diet you can keep your toe and just deal with the minor discomfort of the first week or two,,good luck

day 14 for me and i slipped up.... 1st slip up and havent a clue what came over me.. however im back on board and feeling more positive now about only doing this once and getting it done and dusted...! x
