Hiya all,
thought id do this for us all. This way we can add whatever we want thats suitable for that day of the week. Also for new starters like me it spurs us on too.
Ok so day 1 for me... going ok so far. 1 shake down and plenty of water. Getting bloated after the shake though, but does pass eventually.
