Thursday morning weigh-in (my first)

    Hi, I am delighted to have lost 4lb in my first week, I wanted more but is the time of the month and feel really bloated (have a 7 day period) I have not been drinking enough and the diet coke I have been drinking bloated me really badly. I love the class I attend and enjoy the body image part of it,I have set myself a target of 3 lb off for next week then I will get my 7lbs award! ....giving myself a pat on the back. Dawn x
