    Well have been weighed today and have lost another 4lb :) and this included a light salad on RED nose day for our team lunch so I am really pleased.

    I just am going to have to stay focussed now as my cdc is now off on holiday for two weeks so no weigh in until 6th April!

    Ah well done you on your loss, my weigh in is later on, it wont be as good as yours, and most prob a gain, but on track now though, and not feeling ill anymore which is great x

    I weigh in later too :) at 6.30 but have to go out straight after for a few hours so won't be around her till late on.
    I am not expecting more than 1lb to be honest.. I have been good 100%, but it's my TOTM and my scales are not being kind to me! lol
    So.. anything more and I'll be happy! :D If I make it into the 12 stone bracket I'll be over the moon but I daren't hope too much...

    Well done on your 4lb with a salad that's a good week! :D

    Just got in from my weigh in, and cant believe i have lost another 4lb!?! Maybe what i eat yesterday when i was poorly, will show on next weeks? But any how, it is still 4lb down, and i am very happy :D x How about anyone else? x

    19lb in 4 weeks is great well done! :D

    I lost another 2lb :) not earth shattering but not bad :)
