B: Bacon sarnie HE B, brown sauce 1 syn, skinny latte HE A
L: Fruit salad, mullerlight, veggie sushi
D: Courgette quiche, salad HE B (olive oil)

S: fruit, solero (3 syns I think), hula hoops (syns)
E: none today
W: 3 litres

Have a good weekend, off for laser eye surgery today so back on Monday

Morning Ladies
A grey and dull start to the day here in Wirral.
Mini panic in the kitchen this morning so menus a bit limited for breakfast and lunch:eek:
B- Half a grapefruit
L - Have brought a tin of baked beans and a slice of w/m (HexB)
E - Quorn Sausage Hotpot (SW recipe) with sweet potato
Water - Aiming for One and a half litres
Rest day from gym today.
Have a brilliant day everyone.

Weigh in tonight so.....

Breakfast - choc chickpea cake covered in activia fat free cherry yoghurt (4.5 syns for whole cake and will probably have about half!!)
Lunch - Scrambled eggs with ryvita
Tea - will see what I fancy after weigh in (normally don't count syns or HE's after weigh for the evening)

Snacks - I have a bag of satsumas today
Exercise - day off - think I need one!

I always feel like a right gannet when I read what other people eat!

I'm having:
B: Quorn sausage sarnie, HEB bread & 1 syn ketchup
L: packet savoury rice & salad
D: not sure - Quarky pasta with cheese or SW pizza I think

Exercise: I wish driving counted as exercise! Will do half a mile of the pool after work.

Hope everones ok,

B: Banana on toast and yogurt.
L: Quorn sweet chilli sausages (lovely) and big salad
D: Quorn mince, passata, mushrooms, onions, red peppers and chilli powder and some veg.
Supper: Ryvita Minis and laughing cow extra light
Snacks: fruit and yogurt.

Lunch - Prawn Stirfry with tbsp Oyster Sauce (2 syns)
Snack - Banana
Diner - Lamb and cauliflower curry. Chapatti (heb + syns).
Snack - Dark rye Ryvitas (heb) with LF Laughing Cow (hea)
