Ticker trouble

When I try to change the marker on my ticker, I don't get the little hand and I don't get the box that asks me for my pin number, can anyone help please?:sign0163:

Im not sure babe - if u cant figure it out then just start a new one? And make sure you save the address line for the page with the pin number request in your favourites

I lost 8LB in my first week. Struggling this week. But hopefully will get back on track.

Every week after my WI I try to change my ticker but have never managed to. I just make a new one each time and paste it into my sig.
