Tiger french stick - syns anyone??

I love tiger french sticks and would use my syns on one quite happily....

Does anyone know how many syns I would use...Asda is the favourite....

All bread is LOOOAAADS of syns. 28g of crusty white bread is 3.5 syns. An 'average' 170g baguette is 21 syns, I dont think that's the long-long baguette, just the 10" jobbie but I'm not sure, I havent eaten one in over 6 months.

Tiger bread is approx 243 calories per 100g (which isnt a lot of bread)

so you would need to weigh out your bread, it will be 12 syns per 100g
