TIGHT THROAT??

Afternoon,

I have an odd question which I dont know if anyone on here can help with, but since starting cd 3 days ago I have been getting a really tight throat, I think its acid and it feels like a burning type feeling too and as I didnt used to drink much at all now Im drinking about 3 ltrs a day and also Im not eating.
I have stuck to the diet and am doing SS and I am not hungry at all dont even fancy any food (which is good news to me as all I ever did was eat and think of food lol).
Anyway if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Hi Starlightz,
I have had this too! a very uncomfrtable feeling in my throat....
I presumed my throat was dry so I drank more also sucking an ice cube helped....

I was going to ask my cdc about this....

Thankyou for replying Anne, I was a little concerned as its got worse today, happy Im not alone though.
I have tried drinking more but it didnt help but maybe its just acid although overweight Im healthy so the dr said lol but have not asked him about this.
