Hello,

So, I've done SW on and off for ages! But couldn't get to target, I chucked the same 5lbs around for weeks. I did cambridge to get 1.5lb below target and am now doing SW to maintain, got my target certificate :) I may eventually drop a few more lbs to get to 10.10.
I had a bit of a mad weekend in my transition between cams and SW.

So, day 1 - maintainer!
B - bran and milk (hexa & b)
L - speedy soup and fat free yog
D - 2 chicken breasts from M&S cook range (6syns) & carrots, broccoli and sugarsnap peas
S - fat free yog, 2 hot chocs (4syns)

E - Weight lifting, run and swim

Total syns - 10

Tomorrows plan - day 2
B - bran and milk (hexb)
L - speedy soup and toasted muffins (ooops - lots of syns)
D - Eating out - going for mussels starter and fish main :)
