chocko1 Gold Member 14 April 2015 #2 Realise this is very late but only just seen your request! The Tilda Wholegrain Microwaveable Rice is Free but, be careful, as the steamed varieties, even just the wholegrain, with no flavours added, are all Synned. Hope this is of help in the future. Kathy
