time between weigh in's

    eat less move more!& mixing it up high protien & shakes
    hello
    i was wondering if anyone gets weighed every 5 days?? do you think this is a bit much?? i am every week and i think its fine but i think i would be so much better on this diet if i was weighed every 5 days...
    i dont think my cdc would allow it but its just a thought xx

    I guess it is whats best for you. I prefer every week as I like a clear routine, and like to know consistently how much I lost each week. But I think it is down to personal preference.

    I dont think 5 days would work for me I like it weekly, but mu cdc is away next monday so will have no weigh in now for 2 weeks, both dreading it and looking forward to it xx
