Last night went a bit out of the window had a wispa and then frosties..... Not a good girl.

i also scattered some sw crisps over my salad I flavored them with chilli. Was lush and acted almost like croutons with the crunch.

Also looked at the salad dressing it is only 7 cals per tablespoon and didnt even use that much so no syns i guess x
