Time for a kick start....

    I will get to my target I just lost my way for a while.....

    LATE Breakfast
    half tin tomatoes
    Scrambled Eggs
    2x grilled bacon
    Brown sauce 1 syn

    Snack
    Fat free greek yogurt
    half Tsp honey 1syn
    Strawberries

    Dinner
    Diet coke chicken
    Carrots
    peppers
    Boiled rice

    Tofu Chocolate mouse 1 syn
    Chopped fruit.

    HEA milk for coffee

    LOTS OF WATER!!!!!

    Am I doing ok as I am new to this site and using it for help till I get my books x

    Last night went a bit out of the window had a wispa and then frosties..... Not a good girl.


    Wednesday

    Breakfast
    Bacon x 2
    Beans
    Grilled cherry tomatoes and mushrooms
    fry light eggs x2

    Snack
    Apple

    Lunch
    Chicken breast
    Ham
    Cherry tomatoes
    Cucumber
    Rocket
    Tesco light dressing 2 syns

    Snack
    Fruit and fat free greek yogurt

    Dinner
    Grilled Gammon
    Salad
    SW Chips...
    Dressing 2 syns


    LETS SEE IF I CAN KEEP TO PLAN

    i also scattered some sw crisps over my salad I flavored them with chilli. Was lush and acted almost like croutons with the crunch.

    Also looked at the salad dressing it is only 7 cals per tablespoon and didnt even use that much so no syns i guess x
