Time of the month Vs 1st day on ss

I started as today and after my 2nd shake, my cycle started! I am gutted as I am worse when im on. I know it's to much info and hate to admit it but I failed! I feel awful, how do women cope???

It's hard for everyone in the beginning but trust me it does get easier! I always get the munchies the week before I'm due but when I'm on I don't want to eat anything cos I feel so bloated!

Once you have the first week out of the way and ketosis has kicked in you wont feel so hungry or have as many cravings, so just stick it out hunni its worth it. Are you on SS? You could try 810 or a higher step for your first week while you are on if you find it easier by having a small meal x
