Time to be honest with myself....the diary!

I'm following slimming world but also using the My Fitness Pal App to keep track of calories. Here is my diary so far this week, Monday was bad as my shopping didn't arrive until the evening!

Monday 19th

Breakfast - Muller Light toffee (free), Belvita honey & nut breakfast biscuits (11 syns I think)

Lunch - 30 g Cheese (health extra a) salad, with 6 green olives (1 syn)
Portion of green grapes (free)

Dinner - Omelette made with 3 eggs and 10g cheese (2 syns) and spaghetti hoops
Dessert - Porridge pancakes (used half the batter so half a HE B) with strawberries, grapes and banana, topped with fat free greek yoghurt (free)

Syns for day - 14 (oops)
Calorie Breakdown: Calories 1142
Carbs 42% Fat 37% Protein 21%
Thats lower than I intended for calories, but I felt full!
 
Tuesday 20th
EE

Breakfast- The left over batter from last night to make porridge pancakes (1/2 HE B), with strawbs, banana, grapes and FF Greek Yoghurt

Lunch - Tuna salad made with 1 can tuna (free) 1 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn), 5 olives (1 syn).
Portion of grapes

Dinner - Good Life Spicy Lentil and Vegetable Wedge (3.5 syns) with cabbage and leek, carrots and brocolli.
Stole 3 of bf's little Mccain spiced wedges (1 syn)
Dessert 3 Mini Meringues (3 syns) with fruit and Vanilla Muller Light yoghurt

Syns for day - 9.5
Calories - 1148
Carbs 55% Fat 16% Protein 29%
 
Wed 21st

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HE B), 1/2 banana, 150ml 1% milk (HE A)

Lunch - Egg salad, with 6 olives (1 syn) and a tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

Tea - 3 Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausages (free), potato + sweet potato mash, cabbage, carrots, broccoli and bisto onion gravy (3 syns)
Pudding - About 3 spoonfuls (60 calories worth) of 10% greek yoghurt (3 syns)

Snack - 1 choc malted milk biscuit (3 syns)
1 orange

I also ran 10.5km!
