Hi all, First day on SW and doing it from home. I'm hoping that over the next few months I can get to a point where my weight isn't the first thing I think about every morning when I wake up! I'm going to do red/green days to start with as I know nothing about EE but will gradually get around to trying it. Please feel free to point out any mistakes that I'm making along the way! Green B: 4 slices toast (2 hexb) and low fat marge (syns) L: Couscous D: 2 small jacket potatoes with a few spoons of baked beans & Worcester sauce S: Mushy peas and a fat free yoghurt (not together ha) E: 20 minute jog before work I know there isn't any fruit or veg included today but I was supposed to do an Asda shop after work and my daughter asked if she could play out with the weather being so nice. I'm going to stop at the co-op on the way to work tomorrow for some fruit and do a proper shop tomorrow night.
