Time to change my life!

I am starting Slimming world tomorrow so thought I would have a food diary as I am doing this from hme, due to havng 2 jobs and there being no classes near me at weekends :( Hoping this will keep me motivated! xx
 
I was so ill last week that I never got started, am raring to go this week though and have made my food for tomorrow -

Day 1 - 20/02/2012 - RED

Breakfast - 35g Porridge (b), 350ml 1% Milk (a)
Banana, Apple

Lunch
Chicken breasts, baby bell light x 3 (a)

Dinner
35g dry wholemeal pasta (b), extra lean mince, mushrooms, onion, passata, tomato puree

Treat
Crunchie - 10.5

Total Syns - 10.5
 
OK my previous start, basically didn't start so after a lot of soul searching, I am starting again today.

RED

Breakfast
35g Porridge Oats - B
250ml Semi Skimmed Milk - A

Lunch
Sliced Beef
2 Babybell
Banana
Apple

Dinner
Mince
2 Beef Oxo Cubes
Gravey 1/4 pint - 2 syns
Carrot
Swede
Green beans

Treat
Crunchie - 10.5

Totat - 12.5
 
Ok I Have been useless of late ad haven't been on here at all but I really need to do this now and tomorrow is another day, we had ivf clinic today and basically I need to loose 4 stone before they will help us, now feel I'm letting my husband down so I am going to sort this once and for all. We have been ttc for 4 years and have finally got where we need to be with the hospital but need to get my weight under control (I have pcos).

Will be starting day one tomorrow and will make it my mission to update my diary EVERYDAY! Xx
 
OMG I am so rubbish at this, on the plus side I did join a class on Saturday and have been good so far :) Hopefully this is a new start for me.
