Step 1 Sole Source Time to change

I'm 39 almost 40 (male)

Always been chubby since a kid, but weight has jumped up at various points in my life (albeit stable)

Time to reduce a bit, so started the CD due to back problems and finding it hard to bend and being a bit lethargic.

Started at 17.1 st , so far lost 10.4 lbs on the first week !

Day 2 was hard, its been not too bad ( ketostix show purple ) but I did cheat a bit in the first week, has hafd a chicken breast, 2 boiled eggs ( while at work ) , a fillet steak , and a haddock baked fillet all zero carb, but I then read that too much protein can take you out of ketosis.
