Time to fight the flab!!!

Started Monday and it's now Saturday and have lost 5lbs already:) so pleased for the first time ever I am so focused and disciplined with this new lifestyle.....
I have my 3 meals a day and am not snacking at all! The first day Though i ate a lot....,
I mainly have some form of eggs for breakfast with either bacon, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes or sausages. Then lunch I have a salad with either meat or fish, I love smoked mackerel with baby leaf salad, spring onions and a poached egg, yum! Dinner usually consists of a piece of meat with veg, tonight I ate salt and pepper crusted pork loin with cauliflower cheese which is my favourite dish so far.....

I've learned that diet coke only brings on my sweet tooth so keeping that at bay....

I have about 3 and a half stone to lose so let the battle commence!

My downfall is fizzy pop, always is when I'm in ketosis, drives me mad!!!

I have 2.5 to lose so not far off, we can do it!! :D

yes how do u make the cauliflower cheese i would love a good cauli cheese recipe xx
 
*****cauliflower cheese*****



Very easy......

1. Cut Cauliflower into small pieces

2. Scatter in ovenproof dish

3. Layer on slices of mature white cheddar (not
(mild)
Enough to cover the cauliflower

4. Pour on around 150ml of double cream

5. Salt and pepper.

Put into a preheated 180 oven for around 20-25
mins!

Gorgeous!!!!
 
Sounds yum. I just boil 200g cauli until soft then mix with 50g soft cheese, or if I want a stronger flavor 50g simply strong spreadable cheddar, a dash of mustard and stir.

Yesterday's menu

B. bacon and scrambled egg
L. Chicken salad
D. Roast chicken, cauliflower cheese and cabbage.
S. sugar free jelly and cream

Had a testing day yesterday!
My brother just got back from Barcelona and brought me back a huge bar of chocolate!!!
Not good when you love chocolate that much you would eat it for B. L. & D....
Anyway I gave it to my husband and sister and they actually ate the whole bar in front of me!
I felt so proud of myself afterwards I looked in the mirror and thought yes!

Anyway will let you all know my weigh in results
