Time to get tough food diary!!

After weeks, or possibly months, of messing about I am finally read to get back on the slimming wagon! This is a food diary just to help keep on track and any advice or tips are VERY welcome. I hope to reach target by Easter so fingers crossed:)

FRIDAY EXTRA EASY

Breakfast: 3 thin crisps original and a hifi light (HEB), syn free humous, chopped tomato, melon and a muller light.
