Time to shead these baby pounds!

    I have had my ups and downs with weight loss. I had my baby 18 months ago lost almost all my baby weight.
    I then fell pregnant again and put it all back on. Unfortunately I lost my second baby when I was four months pregnant. I have really struggled with that loss and seemed to comfort eat all the time!

    I now feel I am ready to get back to myself and get my life back on track!

    I have almost 3stone to loose and I am so motivated.

    I have signed myself up to the gym and have organised a pole fit class once a week!

    Hoping to get other ladies who are in similar situation to go through the journey together !

    Day one of get fit!

    Followed the weight watchers pro points plan. Not going to classes but is just to keep me on track.
    I also started pole fit tonight and omg did it hurt! Really enjoyed in can't wait for next weeks class!

    Hoping the rest of my week is as good as today x

    Day 2

    Still going strong! Ha it's only day two I no but I feel good.

    Apart from the constant ache in every muscle from pole fit yesterday! Places I didn't even know I had muscles!

    Had a wee walk with the dogs today and a lovely casserole that has been slow cooking all day :) mmm yummy! X

    Getting a little fed up of people letting me down:( they promise to come out walking everyday but cancel 5 mins before and it's to dark to walk on my own :(

    Oh well have an exam tomorrow so can always do some studying. Make sure plenty fruit is on hand because studying makes me super hungry!

    Is it sad that I am counting down to the weekend so I can have a little treat with my weekly pro points :) hmm but what to have ....? X

    Had a bit of a naughty day yesterday. Kept within my weekly points but only just! Only two days left until weigh day thou!

    Found it hard to get back on track today but got there!

    Been weight myself every now and then and I am not liking what i see! But praying for a loss this week.

    Having a little birthday bash for my auntie today! She will be 79 and has severe dementia so trying to make a fuss of her because I don't think she will have many birthdays left.

    This will be a bit of a challenge as well. I used all my weekly points on pizza the other night so have to be very strict and not nibble!!

    Here is to a lovely day :) and hopefully some lovely results on weigh day x
