time to start again

Thank you! However today was day 2 and I FAILED! Had a rubbish day and spent the afternoon snacking on pringles and twiglets!! But I also started the couch to 5k challenge this morning and have done an hours worth of exercise today so I'm hoping I haven't ruined my good intentions in one day lol I will be getting back on it in the morning so fingers crossed for the end of the week

running, i really wanted a bike last year but i just dont have the spare cash for a new bike so have taken up running instead!
