    Hello and greetings everybody, I have been working hard to not only lose weight, but to get into the best shape of my life.

    It’s only my 4th day today, but I’m 100% focused on what I need to achieve.

    125lb’s is a bit soul destroying so I’m going to take it day by day.

    My weigh in is on Friday, and I’m expecting to have lost 10lb’s of fat and water.

    My diet consists of 1 gram of protein to 1 lb of my weight with a calorie intake of 2400. I’m feeling weak today and if that continues I will be raising my calorie intake to 2600.

    On my diet I will be consuming some healthy fats, and minimal carbs.
    50% Protien
    30% Fats
    20% Carbs

    Today my diet will include:

    Breakfast:
    3 friend eggs cooked in a small amount olive oil
    2 pork sausuages cooked under a George foreman grill
    1 tomato

    Lunch:
    125g of smoked salmon
    75g of cream cheese
    200g of mixed vegetables

    Dinner:
    250g Steak cooked under a George foreman grill
    100g Mushrooms
    1 Tomato
    2 Courgettes
    6 asparagus spears

    Snack
    2 X bacon wrapped in ¼ onion and grilled
    1 scoop protein powder, 250ml skimmed milk

    I too have a lot to lose, but breaking it down to mini goals seems less daunting..and depressing :rolleyes:

    Good luck, keep posting, you'll find lots of advice and friendly support on here.
