Tinksie's Food Diary - trying to kick start the plan!!

Ok, so i was advised to do this, and not being one to ignore good advise, here goes, this is my Slimming World Food Diary, i'm half way through my journey (lost almost 6 stone) but needing a kick start as things have slowed down, so if you have any ideas on things i ought to change, then let me know :)
 
Day One

Breakfast

2 Weetabix (hexB), 200ml 'The One' Milk (hexA)
Banana & Apple

Snack

Pear & Apple

Lunch

Tuna Salad (lettuce, radish & cucumber)
Extra Light Salad Cream - 2 syns
Pineapple & Strawberries with fat free natural yoghurt
Banana

Afternoon Snack

Mint Muller Light
Apple & Nectarine

Dinner

Tesco cooked chicken, 200g boiled new potatoes (hexB) and salad (lettuce, cress, cucumber, radish)
1 tbsp Extra Light Salad Cream 1 syn

Tesco Cheese Curls 4.5 syns

Total syns for the day 7.5

Mango & Passionfruit MullerLight
apple, kiwi, nectarine
