Tinned peaches or mandarins?

Hi there,

I was just wondering if it's possible to have tinned peaches or mandarin segments as a Healthy Extra B? I really fancy some tinned fruit for pudding, but I don't particularly want to use my syns!

Only certain tinned fruits are on the HEB list and unfortunately peaches and mandarins are not there :(
You could have apricots, pears, pineapple, apple slices, raspberries or breakfast compote (whatever that is lol) - I feel a fruit crumble coming on yum
 
Must of read that wrong. The book said tinned in juice and cooked fruit was a healthy extra. Didnt see a list. There is on the on line diary but going by the book i assumed it meant all fruit as i really cant see any difference. Thats how i read it anyway. Hope you enjoyed them. X
