What make is it? Can't find any at the mo in oil.

This is the closest and should be comparable.

I've looked at the tin. it's john west wild red salmon. It doesn't actually say it's packed in oil & the ingerdients are salmon & salt.

I thought it was free on red, then looked in the book & it said if packed in oil it has syns.

There is oily liquid in it that you drain of though.

per 100g it is 168 cals & 8g of fat.

I used to eat a lot of this before on sw & never really lost properly so this time I'm double checking everything that looks a little dodgy :)

If the ingredients are only salmon and salt then it's free. I eat a lot of tinned salmon and count it as free. It's not got any oil added.

Yes it's free - I didn't think I'd ever seen salmon in oil! Love this made as fishcakes on EE!
