tinned tomatoes

    tinned tomatoes are they nil points also is frozen veg nil points ur just fresh thanks in advance.

    Hi frozen veg is ½point for a medium portion approx 80g.Tinned toms are 0 points..hth

    thankyou fuzzy,think ill have to start eating fresh veg as ive been filling up wiv frozen every evening tut tut.

    neither did I
    I wouldn't have thought it made any difference
    as most frozen veg is just blanch before freezing

    Fresh and Frozen veg are zero points, the frozen veg that you point are peas and sweet corn.
