Tinned Tomato's New Week

    THURSDAY (green day)

    Breakfast: Mullerlight and a banana;

    Lunch: Wholemeal bread sandwich with 1 EL laughing cow and mushrooms, carrot sticks, strawberries and an apple;

    Snack: Pear, ryvita mini's, banana,

    Dinner: Mushy pea curry with potato, followed by SW mousse;

    HEA's
    Semi-skimmed milk
    Extra light laughing cows;

    HEB's
    Wholemeal bread
    Ryvita mini's;

    Daily syns = 0 :D


    FRIDAY (green day)

    Breakfast: Beans, laughing cow and SW fried egg;

    Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, onion, pepper, sweetcorn, beetroot, pasta, and a tiny blob of cheese savoury;

    Snacks: Pear, Ryvita mini's, 2 cookies [4 syns];

    Dinner: Left-over mushypea curry with wedges;

    HEA's
    Semi-skimmed milk;
    Extra light laughing cows;

    HEB's
    Ryvita mini's

    Daily syns = 4


    SATURDAY (green day)

    Breakfast: Beans, mushrooms and SW fried egg;

    Lunch: Mash potato with onion and an apple;

    Snacks: Muller light with rice, pear, banan, plum;

    Dinner: Tinned tomatoes, rice with mushrooms and onion;

    Snacks: Mint options [2 syns], and a tomato with light salad cream [5 syns];
