Well here goes again...think I've got 3 diaries on here somewhere lol but this time I WILL SUCCEED :D Ideally would love to lose 19lbs to get down to the lowest weight I've ever been (as an adult obviously lol!) which was 6 years ago before I met my hubby, but initially want to lose 10lbs as that is the weight I start to feel 'comfortable' with myself and my clothes fit nicely without any little 'bulges' I need to hide with belts etc lol! Anyway I will probably do a bit of all 4 plans - Mix2Match, Green, Red and EE although Green is my favourite - I struggle to eat 1/3 superfree with my meals on EE, and I'm not a massive fan of having meat every meal! I am doing this alone I don't go to class so if anyone sees anything I'm doing wrong or has any tips or advice please feel free to comment :)

Haven't planned 1/3 superfree very well today! Am going to try and stick to max of 10 syns a day to allow for any incorrect synning, or 'slip ups'! Will see how I get on....

Monday 31st January - EE

Breakfast 8:30am:
2 x Weetabix (HEB)
250ml ss milk (HEA) - used up in coffee throughout the day
2 x decaf coffee
1 x NAS squash

Snack 11:30am:

Lunch 1pm:

Thursday 3rd February – EE

Hmm not feeling like I've lost any weight although I've only been on it since Monday lol, that's my trouble I expect instant results!! Think I'm eating healthier though so that's a good start. Sometimes wonder if it takes a week for things to 'catch up' with you anyway so maybe last week is still affecting me? We will see......

Finding it difficult to fit 1/3 superfree in with my main meals today though! Then again, just finding today difficult generally! :-( Just wanted to pull the duvet over my head and hide all day today!

*Sneaks back in*

Oops I kind of lost my way there! Lots of other things going on at the moment! And had loads of xmas chocs to finishe off lol! Am gonna try and get back to it this week. My main trouble is I'm not convinced by EE as it feels like I have too much freedom, and I'm really not a veg lover so struggle with 1/3 superfree with every meal. Think am going to have to stick to Red, Green or Mix2Match. Having said that, today will have to be EE! Right today's food:

Breakfast:

Snack:

Am going to have maximum syns if I 'need' them this week while I get back into it. Will try and drop to around 10 a day next week to allow for any 'mis-synning'!

Friday 18th February - EE - Flexi Syn Day
Ok well I've weighed in and I've stayed the same which I'm ok with this week as I only really started back on this on Monday so can't expect anything amazing! This next week will hopefully show a loss, even it's just 1lb I'll be happy with losing that every week :) Friday's will be WI day and a Flexi Syn Day as I love to have takeaway on a Friday instead of cooking when I get in. This next week I will aim to use a max of 10 syns to try and make up for the Flexi Syn Fridays lol! Fingers crossed for this next week.....

Breakfast:
2 x Choc Weetabix (HEB + 2)
SS milk (HEA)

Snack:
Alpen Light (3)

Lunch:
Pasta, broccoli, garden peas, cheese sauce (2)
2 x Tangerines

Snack:
Banana

Takeaway - Flexi Syns
Will either be Chinese, or 2 slices pizza with 1/3 portion fries

Your food diary looks tasty! I would go for chinese tonight if I were you, two slice of pizza isnt worth the syns! You can have a lovely chinese take away and stay within your syn limits for the day still :) Enjoy xx

Thanks - I'm going to try and keep my food varied if I can so I don't get bored of what I'm eating!

You're right Chinese is better value syn-wise, and we normally do have a Chinese, it's just that I totally love cheese and sometimes fancy a pizza so that's what we went for on Friday! Least I stuck to 2 slices, rather than eating half of it like I used to!

Felt like I ate ALOT on Sunday! Had 2 fairly big meals, but all on plan, and really enjoyed the food! Totm so am feeling hungrier than normal.

Lunch:
Roast beef, 2 x roast potatoes (2), Mini Yorkie Pud (2)
Sweetcorn, 1/3 superfree - carrots, fine green beans

Ok, am going to have a proper go at it this week! Will try to stick to around 10 syns/day to allow for my 'flexi syn Friday', plus I have a bad cough at the mo and am taking medicine/Strepsils and am not counting syns for them!

125ml SS milk (1/2 HEA)

Snack:
Red Grapes

Lunch:
Chicken Noodle Mugshot
65g SF Chicken Fridge Raiders (2.5) - won't be buying any more of these, I thought when I used to get the larger packs of these there was only a couple of syns in them so thought the smaller packs would be maybe only be 1 syn, guess the values have changed since then!

SpagBol:
Extra lean minced beef, Spaghetti, Oxo SpagBol 'stock' cube

Not doing very well at updating my diary again - have stuck to plan though despite still having a bad cough - not too bad during the day but literally have not been able to sleep it's just so bad at night!! Anyway have had a couple of days off work, my food was as follows:

2 x Tangerines - these are really sweet at the moment :)
