Hartley sugar free jelly has a recipe on the back for a strawberry mouse.
I made it last week, and its gorgeous!!!

all you have to do is -
take jelly from fridge just before it sets,
    mash some strawberrys,
and mix them with 150g natural yoghurt
then blend it all together till volume thickens
    put in fridge to set

its really light and a nice twist to just jelly.

I also use double cream over me jelly.

    xx
