    Any one have any good tips or tricks they do on weigh in day to share with me
    Dont feel ive done any good this week :( but we'll see what the scales say tonight.

    Oh no :( im sure you'll be fine hunni. unfortunatley i dont think theres anyway to cheat the scales :( but importaint thing is dont let it dishearten u and have a great week after your weigh in! Xx p.s wear light clothing ;) lol

    dont drink alot of water on wi day!!! i feel it bloats me!!! i'm not saying dont drink lol!! but dont over do it lol x

    lol i make sure before im weighed i empty my bladder and remove my jewellery lol
