Just wanted to say hey...love this forum! I've been lurking for a while reading the posts. You all seem like such a friendly and supportive group of people I finally decided to join. I just started doing SlimFast and need all the support I can get. I am so tired of being overweight and have got to finally get rid of this weight. At my annual check up, I was horrified when my doctor commented on my waist size, my cholesterol level and my blood pressure. Apparently, turning 40 is making me fall apart! I'm determined not to be lazy anymore and am doing several things on my Wii and also walking. Just started SlimFast. I'm also from the USA and hope you do not mind another person. The particular diet I am on has a forum but it was just so hard for me to navigate. Waving from NC....
