tired?!

Back on the diet train...
hey ive just finished week 4 and was wondering if anyone else is feeling tired?
im sleeping like the dead when i finally get to bed but im finding it hard to get up in the mornings. :sigh:

in general im ok but im feeling abit down lately and snappy :eek:. dont know if its the weather or just my body adjusting to this diet. im also thinking about food all the time, more so than my 1st week.

but ive been 100%!! which im proud of!! :D

Well done Bex! I felt I was actually dying last weekend, but I think I overdid the exercise a bit. Everything ached and it was such a massive effort to do anything. I actually ate a bit of cheese as I think I needed a bit more protein, cut out an exercise class and now I'm back to normal and feeling tip top.
 
i think personally, there'll be weeks where we just need to rest and save energy and weeks where we have more energy than normal. im having a week of cannot be bothered AT ALL.house is a tip, i sit and dont move unless i need to, like cooking meals, school run, shop ect. role on the energy burst. just gone into week 4....... zzzzzzzzzz xx
